Convention Office & Information Center

The Convention Office and Information Center is located at the Grande Prairie Composite High School inside the main entrance. Stop by for session updates and the latest information about the Convention.

Check-In for Teachers without ATA cards and Guests

Teachers (including teachers on leave) from the MPTCA jurisdiction who have their ATA member card DO NOT have to check-in. Just go to the sessions that you would like to attend.
For teachers who do not have their ATA card, student teachers and guests from other jurisdictions, check-in is on Wednesday before Convention from 1 p.m. until 5 p.m. at the Convention Office. You may also check-in during regular Convention hours. Please have a pay stub with you to prove that you are eligible to attend our Convention.
Guests from other jurisdictions must have sent in their registration form, proof of membership and payment to their professional organization prior to check-in.

Session Pre-registration

Some sessions require you to pre-register. Please check the session description on Sched for instructions on how to do this. Some sessions also require a fee for materials used during the session, please pay the presenter.
